By using our website Best Kids Party, placing an order with us and/or registering with us, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions as set out below.
In these terms & conditions the term ‘us’,‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of Best Kids Party. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer using this website.
Placing an order:
We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us at Best Kids Party and hope our simple navigation of products enables you to find everything you need.
We do hold sufficient stock of the majority of our products, (except direct from supplier items), but there may be times when an item is sold out due to demand. You will not be able to place an order on an out of stock item, however if you contact us, we can advise you when the item will be back in stock.
Once you have selected your items and added them to the shopping basket, just follow the simple checkout procedure. If you have previously registered your details you will be asked to log in, if not then you will be asked to create an account. Your details will NOT be given out to any third parties.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details when registering for an account and to keep these details updated of any changes. The same applies to delivery address details provided by the customer. Best Kids Party will not be liable for any incorrect or false details given to us.
Payments are made via Paypal and they accept all major credit cards. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct and proper use of their credit or debit card and that you are over 18 years of age and have sufficient funds on that card to pay for the total cost of your order.
Once we receive your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledgement confirming your order along with your reference number. Please check that all details are correct and advise us if there are any changes to be made. (Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk folder, so please check that too!)
At this stage the customer has a right to cancel the entire order if they wish to do so, provided the stock has not yet been dispatched and it is not a personalised item.
For items that are personalised, once the order status is updated to 'order processing', the order cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
The contract between Best Kids Party and the customer will commence when the payment has been processed and the order has been dispatched.
All our prices are in British pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%, except Children's fancy dress costumes which are exempt from VAT. Prices do not include delivery.
We aim to be as competitive as possible with other UK online retailers and ensure that our pricing reflects this, however we will not price match identical items from other online retailers.
We thoroughly check our website prices, however if there are inaccuracies that do occur, we reserve the right to amend these prices without prior notice to customers. We are also not obliged to fulfil any orders at incorrect prices.
Special offers and sale items are valid for a specified time only. Best Kids Party reserves the right to withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

|If you specifically want your order delivered on a Saturday or if you order before 11am on a Friday and want next day delivery, then choose this option. Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be delivered on Saturday and neither will made to order items that require more time as indicated against each product.||£16.95|
We send the majority of our orders by Royal Mail, however in some cases we may use one of our nominated couriers. We only deliver within Mainland UK. First Class and Standard delivery service runs from Monday to Saturday. Next Day delivery runs from Monday to Friday only. If you want delivery on a Saturday then you have to choose our Saturday delivery option.
Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery, this will be from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order by then, please contact us and we will track down the parcel, if it was sent by recorded post. Occasionally delays occur in the Royal mail service, so it could take longer than 5 working days. Before contacting us, it might be worth checking with your neighbours or your local sorting office, as the post man may not have left a card.
According to Royal Mail's terms and conditions, a parcel is not regarded as lost until after 15 working days from the delivery due date. If you do not receive your order within this time, it will be considered as lost and we will then be able to investigate this with Royal Mail.
In the meantime if you need a replacement order in time for your party, you will need to re-order and pay for this. If the original parcel turns up within this time, you will need to send it back to us. We will then refund the full amount of the order back to you once we receive the parcel back from you in it's original condition. We always add a return address on our parcels. If the parcel works it's way back to us, likewise we will refund you at this point. Please note this can take longer than 15 working days, so we usually issue refunds upto 30 days from the date it was dispatched.
Occasionally and unfortunately parcels can be stolen along the way, so they will never be retrieved. In this case we will issue a refund for the goods only (not the postage cost) which will be 30 days after the original dispatch date.
If we have good reason to believe that the parcel was delivered to the customer, we will NOT issue a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail service or any of our nominated couriers.
For delivery to remote parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland, it may take slightly longer.
If you select a delivery service that requires a signature, please ensure there is someone available at the address to accept the parcel.
Orders will only be dispatched once funds have been cleared.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day, providing we receive your order by 11am and it is not a 'made to order' item. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, unless a time requirement is specified. If an order is received after 11am on a Friday then it will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday).
Some of our ‘made to order’ items such as personlised items, handmade party bags & filled party bags gifts, will take slightly longer to dispatch, so please allow for this when placing your order.
Any items that are not held in stock by us (direct from supplier items) will be despatched separately from the rest of the order.
Packaging - we like to look after our environment and re-use packaging boxes providing they are in good condition.
If for any unforeseen circumstance there is a delay with your order, we will always contact you to let you know.
We have a 7 working day return policy, so if you are not happy with your purchased item/s we will happily refund the cost of item/s in full (but not the delivery charge), providing that it is returned in an unused, saleable condition. Exceptions apply for certain items as detailed below. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge nor the cost of postage incurred for sending items back to us.
We will NOT issue any refunds for items returned to us after 7 working days from the date of delivery nor any items where the inner packaging has been opened or damaged in any way; for any used items; for any personalised items, 'Made to order' or handmade items; any perishable items.
We also cannot offer a refund on any of our fancy dress costumes, shoes or accessories unless it is faulty.
If however you change your mind and wish to cancel the order completely, providing it has not yet been dispatched we will refund the full cost of the order including the delivery charge. If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us. We will only be able to give a refund once we receive the package back within 7 working days and the goods are in saleable condition and not damaged in anyway. We will NOT refund the delivery cost nor any other postage costs incurred.
For items that are personalised or handmade/made to order, once your order has been updated to 'order processing', you will not be able to cancel your order and obtain a refund for the goods, even if the order has not yet been dispatched. 'Order Processing' means that any work on your order has begun. Likewise if the item has already been dispatched, it cannot be returned, unless it is faulty. Please note that all of our Pass the Parcel Games are Handmade to Order items.
In some circumstances under our discretion, we will accept return of certain pre-filled party bags and Pass the Parcel games, however we will only be able to refund 50% of the total order value (excluding postage fee) which will be deducted from the total refund amount due back to you.
We will issue all refunds back to the original payment method only and all refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the item/s back to us. A confirmation email will be send to you once your refund has been issued.
Before returning any items to us, please email or phone us, quoting your order reference number, so that we can send you a returns form, which will need to be completed and sent back with your item/s. It is important to wait until you receive the returns form, as it will have the correct return address, as some items are direct from supplier.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery cost incurred for returning the item/s back to us.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage or do recorded signed for postage when returning any items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items getting lost in the post and will therefore be unable to provide any form of refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
All of our items are checked and carefully packed before they are dispatched, however if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty, you will need to contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package either by phone or email.
If the item/s are damaged due to transit, please keep hold of the damaged outer box/packaging or take a photo of it, so we can investigate this with either Royal Mail or our couriers.
In this instance we cannot offer a refund until we receive the damaged items back to us with 7 working days, along with photographic evidence of damaged outer packaging.
If a returned item is lost in the post, we cannot accept responsibility for this and it will be the customers loss.
In the meantime, we will happily replace any damaged or faulty items at the customer's expense, until we receive the damaged goods back to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs involved.
Sometimes human error does occur and the wrong item is sent out. If you receive the incorrect item/s against the description on our site, then please contact us via phone or email within 2 working days and we will respond to you straightaway.
