We currently only deliver within Mainland UK

Our Next Day Delivery charge applies to deliveries made Monday - Friday only. If you require a Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday Delivery option at checkout.

deliveries.		 Ideal if you need your order urgently. Delivery is guaranteed the next working day usually by 1pm Mon-Fri (except bank hols ). If you place your order before 11am it will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 11am will be despatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. If you place your order before 11am on a Friday then it will be delivered on a Monday or a Tuesday if it's a Bank Holiday. A signature is required upon receipt. Please note that direct from supplier items cannot be sent by this delivery method, neither can made to order items that require more time as indicated against each product. £9.95
Next Day Saturday Delivery.
Orders need to be placed before 11am
on the Friday before.		 If you specifically want your order delivered on a Saturday or if you order on a Friday before 11am and want it delivered the next day then please choose this option. Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be delivered on Saturday, neither will made to order items that require more time as indicated against each product. £14.95

We send the majority of our orders by Royal Mail, however in some cases we may use one of our nominated couriers. We only deliver within Mainland UK.  First Class and Standard delivery service runs from Monday to Saturday. Our Next Day delivery runs from Mon-Fri only.

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery, this will be from the date you receive your order despatch confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order by then, please contact us and we will track down the parcel.
According to Royal Mail's terms and conditions, a parcel is not regarded as lost until after 15 working days from the delivery due date. If you do not receive your order within this time then it will be considered as lost. Please see our terms & conditions on how we deal with lost parcels.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail service or any of our nominated couriers.
For delivery to remote parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland, it may take slightly longer.

If you select a delivery service that requires a signature, please ensure there is someone available at the address to accept the parcel.

Orders will only be despatched once funds have been cleared.

We aim to despatch most orders the same day, providing we receive your order by 11am and it is not a 'made to order' item. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day, unless a time requirement is specified against the product. If an order is received after 11am on a Friday then it will not be despatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday).  

If you really need your order delivered the next day, which has to be a Saturday, then please choose our Saturday delivery option.

Some of our ‘made to order’ items such as handmade party bags & filled party bags gifts, will take slightly longer to despatch, usually within 2-3 days dependent on the order quantity, so please allow for this when placing your order.
Any items that are not held in stock by us (direct from supplier items) will be despatched separately from the rest of your order. Lead times are stated for individual items.
At busy times of the Year such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer.

If for any unforeseen circumstance there is a delay with your order, we will always contact you to let you know.
