Is it safe to shop online with Best Kids Party?

Yes, it is absolutely safe! We take payments through Paypal which is extremely safe and secure to use. You don't have to register with Paypal to make a payment if you don't want to.
Paypal uses very advanced software for added security.

How do I place an order?

You can order online with your credit or debit card or alternatively over the phone. If ordering over the phone, we NEVER store card details. Unfortunately we do not accept payments by cheque.

UK Next Day delivery (Mon -Fri Only)
Ideal if you need your order quickly, delivery is the next working day usually by 5pm Mon-Fri (except bank hols ) A signature is required upon receipt. Orders will need to placed by 11am for same day despatch. Pls note that Direct from supplier items cannot be sent by this delivery method neither can made to order items that require more time as indicated.
This cost does not apply to a Saturday delivery.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes, you are able to amend the delivery address details as part of the checkout process. As long as the order has not been dispatched, we can amend the address for you if you contact us.
Alternatively you can simply log into your account and amend any necessary details.

Will I need to sign for my parcel once it arrives?

You only have to sign for your parcel if you select UK next day special delivery or for some items that are sent direct from supplier. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the parcel. If no one is at the delivery address, you will receive a ‘tried to deliver’ card with instructions on re-delivery/collection of your parcel.

How soon will I be able to receive my order?

Depending on the delivery option you choose, once your order has been despatched from us, delivery can take up to 5 working days. So please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
We aim to despatch most orders the same day, providing we receive your order by 11am and it is not an item that we have to make. Orders received after 11am will be despatched the next working day, unless a time requirement is specified. If an order is received after 11am on a Friday then it will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday). If you really need your order delivered the next day which has to be a Saturday, then please call or email us at sales@bestkidsparty.co.uk and we can arrange this for you and advise you of the additional cost.
Some of our ‘made to order’ items such as hand made party bags & filled party bags and gifts, will take slightly longer to dispatch, so please allow for this when placing your order.
Any items that are not held in stock by us (direct from supplier items) will be dispatched separately from the rest of the order.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

According to Royal Mail's terms and conditions, a parcel is not considered 'lost' until 15 working days after the delivery due date. So for example if your order was posted out on 5th november and was sent by 1st class post, then your delivery due date would be 7th November. Only after 15 working days (mon - fri) of this date will your parcel be regarded as Lost by Royal Mail.
It is a good idea to also check with neighbours and your local sorting office just in case it has turned up there.
If your order doesn't arrive after 5 working days, please contact us. We can send out a replacement if you wish, but you will be required to pay for this in the usual way. If the original parcel happens to turn up then please send it back to us and once we receive it, we will refund you in full providing it is in it's original condition.
We always put a return address label on our parcels, so if the parcel comes back to us within the 15 days, we will refund you straightaway.
Sometimes parcels are stolen, so if the parcel doesn't arrive withing 15 working days, we can then make a claim with Royal Mail and investigate this further.

What if i change my mind after placing an order?

If you change your mind soon after placing your order, providing it has not yet been dispatched and is not a personalised item, we will fully refund you, including the delivery charge. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until the parcel arrives and then send it back to us within 7 working days. Once we receive it back and it's in saleable condition, we will then refund the value of the goods back to you, except the postage cost.
For items that are personalised, once the order status has been amended to 'order processing', you will not be able to cancel the order and get a refund, even if it's not been dispatched.
We have a 7 working day return policy and we will happily refund the cost of item/s in full, excluding the delivery cost, providing that it is returned in an unused, saleable condition.
There are some items that cannot be returned or refunded which include: Personalised items, Perishable items, Made to order items and all of our Fancy Dress, Shoes and Accessory items. 
Before sending it back you will need to inform us so that we can provide you with the correct address to send it to. Unfortunately we will not pay the postage for items returned and will not be held responsible if items get lost in the post. For more details please read our terms & conditions.

What if I receive a damaged/faulty item?

If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, you need to contact us via phone or by email and let us know what the problem is within 2 working days of receiving the goods.
You will then be required to follow our returns policy procedure which can be found by clicking here.
Unfortunately we will not refund any delivery charges or any delivery costs involved.
If you think the item has been damaged in any way due to the delivery method, it would help if you could provide us with a photo of the external packaging, so that we can inform Royal Mail or our Courier company.

Do you have a party shop anywhere in the UK?

No, unfortunately at the moment we only operate as an online business.

Do you offer Worldwide delivery?

No, we currently only deliver within Mainland UK.

Will my details be passed onto any third parties?

No, absolutely NOT! We take your privacy and security very seriously and will never pass on your personal details to any third parties, unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law. Please read our full Privacy Policy.
